Description
This resource is for students who are learning how to spell and write basic CVC words.
This includes 2 worksheets, with 4 practice words on each page. Each row on the worksheet has a picture of a CVC word on a crayon box. Next to it are a row of crayons with letters, 3 of which contain the letters needed to spell the word pictured. Students will color the 3 crayons that contain the correct letters. At the end of the row are 3 boxes where students can practice writing the letters in the word.
This resource can be printed onto paper for students to do in pencil or marker, giving them a work product to take home. This can also be printed and laminated, and students can use a wet or dry erase marker to do the activity, creating a reusable word building resource.
